We are looking for management staff for the hotel.
We are looking for enterprising, ambitious, enthusiastic people to manage the hotel. You will need to have hotel and catering experience and a real passion for this new venture. We think a couple with complementary experience and skills might be the answer and we can provide accommodation on site for the right people. We won't rule out the the right person if they're not part of a couple though, so if you're a chef looking for a new direction or a front of house expert who can build and lead a team, please let us know. We can offer a better than average basic salary plus profit share, to say nothing of what could be the opportunity of a lifetime.
