Paradise Penthouse

Paradise Penthouse is a two bedroomed self catering duplex penthouse apartment on the top two levels of the award winning, architect designed Tron development, with secure entry phone and lift access.

It is furnished and equipped to the highest standards and has stunning views over one of Edinburgh’s most dramatic landmarks, Arthur’s Seat.

It can sleep up to six people.  Egyptian cotton bed linen and towels are provided and gas/electricity is included in the price.  A travel cot (suitable for up to 3 years max) is also available.

A luxury welcome pack, with enough to get you started (and a few treats too), is also provided for guests staying for 3 nights or more.  We can provide other luxuries, such as champagne or extra flowers, payable locally, on request.

We have free wi-fi and a parking space for guest use (£5 per day or £20 per week) a very short drive away (Old Fishmarket Close is an ancient cobbled street which does not have any parking).

Entrance vestibule, with secure entry phone, leading to Bedroom 2, with double or twin beds, built in wardrobes and full Bathroom (with tub and power shower over) opposite.

Hallway, leading to large double height Sitting room with leather sofas, solid wood flooring and fantastic, panoramic views of Arthur’s seat.

Fully equipped Kitchen with washer/dryer, dishwasher, microwave, juicer, coffee maker etc. and Dining area with oak dining table and leather chairs.

Stairs leading to UPPER LEVEL with mezzanine floor (open plan above sitting area) with double sofa bed.

Master bedroom suite with king size leather sleigh bed, freestanding roll top slipper bath, dressing area and separate en suite shower room.
